A Bad Friday . . .

Is it humanly possible to have a bad Friday - well YES people it really is!

Mine started at 6:45am when i got up to walk the dog.
Do you ever get the feeling when you wake up in the morning what kind of day you are going to have. I think it is like a sixth sense with me, as soon as i open my eyes i can tell what kind of day i am going to have whether it be a good or crap one.

So my eyes sprung open in answer to my alarm to walk the dog, stayed in the park for about 45 minutes and got home around 7:30. My dad said since my car was in for service that he would give me a lift to work (we work in the same place) however it seemed that he couldn't wait for 5 minutes by this time it was 7:55am.

Last night: Came in from walking the dog at about 6:30pm and the dog did a stink bomb in the lounge - dad wasn't too happy and decided to throw a cushion at the dog (i was ready to call the RSPCA for hurting my baby!), so i questioned him as to why he did this.
My question: Your shit stinks so why you acting like it smells of roses???
His reply: You want to start an argument lets have one then . . .
My response to his childish disposition: I don't know who bit you up the ass today at work but don't take it out on me.

Phase back to this morning!

So he couldn't wait 5 minutes - even though he is always late and thinks nothing of it he chooses the day that he has no meetings and generally sod all to do to be early!
So he started shouting at how i was ungrateful for a ride.
My response to his once again childish disposition this time was *SILENCE*.
As the saying goes "Silence is golden - The Tremolos"
I had to get 2 buses which cost £4.00 when it should have cost £2.00 but i left my travelcard in my car which had gone in for service! - How bad can it get!
Well needless to say the trip was bloody LONG! - AND i was an hour late for work which was ok with my colleagues so that was a relief.
Whilst waiting for my second bus i was witness to a car accident - no one got hurt but it was a NEW Range Rover clashing with an old banger of a van as the RR wanted to switch lanes and the ass of a driver in the battered van didn't want to let him - luckily my bus came shortly after so no eyewitness statements!!!

My day has gone much better since i got into work as my colleagues crack me up - BUT lets see what work has in store for me this even in the club!

What are you all up to this weekend??? - I hope it is something more interesting than me catching up on sleep.

p.s. Seeing the other half will be interesting!

Money, Money, Money

All of the above statements are so true and no matter what you say deep down you most probably think the same.
When it comes to money in my world it is as many say few and far between - i am in a comfortable situation with a few debts that should soon be settled and i will finally be able to hand in my notice!
Many women say the happiest day of their lives is either their wedding day or the birth of their child/children.
Well for me at the moment as i am involved in no plans to hastily do either i will say my happiest day so far apart from being born and being around my loved ones will be getting out of this job that i am currently in.
My title: Helpdesk Operator
My department: Estates & Maintenance
My location: A huge hospital which covers 2 others at the same time all from one office (aren't we hi-tech!)
My thoughts on the above:
My title: General Helpdesk Operator (Someone to shout at about problems including things because some people have no brain to figure out the simplest of things!)
My department: The bottom of the pile
My location: A landing plot for any shit bombs
So what is the general take on my situation???
I think it includes me hot stepping my ass out of here asap!
MY PLAN (Mu ha ha ha!!!)
I will hand in my notice at the end of May as i have debts to pay off and have figured out the exact amounts i can afford each month and the amount i will pay each month - this time i will stick to it as i REALLY do want to get out.
So if i hand in my notice at the end of May my last month of pay will be in June and i will have paid off debts and i will have 2 months for the summer to myself which include my 21st birthday off!!!
I will still be doing my door work which will bring in money but i will have days free to do what i wish!
So there we have it ladies and gentlemen i will be FREE!
What is your take on things?

Ummmm. . . . .


Hey people not really sure what this post is about as this is one of the first nights i have had at home doing nothing and had some time to myself!

So naturally i made dinner - Spaghetti & Large Meatballs
with drink - 1 bottle of Ernest Julio Gallo Rose
and then Haagen Dazz (i think that is how you spell it!) Cookies and Cream.

Doing nothing and drinking a sufficient amount really hits you hard especially when you have been working too hard to party too hard!

So people what has everyone been upto - i have been reading blogs all over but not had much time between the new and old job and helping out the new girls so my apologies go out but i thought i should appear even if not making much sense and will most probably regret this later!!!

But people hope y'all are healthy etc.

One HOT minute . . .


This part is edited! - Only the beginning bit as i forgot to put it in - Happy April Fools Day people!! - Hehehe!

Well the title of this post might have something to do with the actual post and it may not depending on how fast i become tired of typing!

So before y'all hear about what i have been getting upto in the past couple weeks let me first APOLOGIZE for not posting for such a long space of time - truth is like many have in the past thought - i thought it was writers block then i just realised that nothing interesting happened!

I would like to be able to say "Hey guys, this is all about to change but not really sure if it is!"

HOWEVER - there may be some new end of month activities going on - and no before you ask i did not get a raise or a new job (One could only hope!).
One of the bars in the village has started hosting "Single & Divorced" nights on the last Wednesday of every month - now unfortunately for all those rich entrepeneurs out there i am neither *she says with a sigh $$$* (JOKING!!!) - and again unfortunately neither are ANY of my friends can you believe this shyt - I mean the first smart thing that a bar could do to
1. Get more custom
2. Hook a sista up!
They decide to do it when i am SETTLED - Oh well - i am perfectly happy where i am for a change - i like this feeling!
Ok back to reality! - So i do actually have a friend that is single however she aint in no mood to be hooked up with some twat so thats all the hooks up possible out of the question.
So one may ask what happens now?
Well we go anyway! - Anyone asks we have a mix of answers ranging from sexually confused and in need of help to totally lost and in need of some nookie but straight!!!

Again unfortunately we missed this months fix so we are going to have to wait to the crucial month (END OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR MONTH) - This is the month that sorts the men from the boys in other words the rich from the poor.

Now i know this sounds mean and some may not agree but for the girls and myself this should be a pretty good night - we have over 3 weeks to plan our outfits and perfect the little things women do! and then when we are there as most men have done in there past milk a woman - in there case for sex in our case for drinks.

I will keep you fully informed of the goings on with this little situ when the time comes!

BUT for now- i will concentrate on my title.

When i say one hot minute i am referring to myself and the other half as in we had a hot minute and for once it didn't get totally destroyed by talking about future plans - we were actually comfortable about it and not for once because we have been comfortable before but this was REAL comfort zone!

BABIES was the main subject and then we got into talking about numbers - i initially want an even number now figure this riddle out my number is the second highest even number before double figures.

His number is a football team (English Soccer)!!!
I guess he thinks babies come out like frozen garden peas not giant potroasts?!!

It cracked me up but we finally came to an all rounded decision which is a number i will keep quiet for now but i will say it is closer to my figure than his!

That is my explanation for my title but now i have to go - not because i am bored of typing but i am talking to a friend online (you know who you are J!) and i lost my train of thought after a rather long visit to the loo (any black person should know - Cerassie!)
